RealCare Training was born out of a simple commitment – provide training a better way.
People want more than a concept or just a sit-down classroom experience, they want to be with professionals who have practised it personally and who are able to impart knowledge according to the individual’s learning and lifestyle needs.
Whether in-person or virtually, people want to be trained by real people who have a genuine passion for caring and are genuinely interested in their success.
This began humbly, but in the years since we have been amazed as our trainers and expertise have grown to now include aged care, disability, home care, mental health, nursing and healthcare education. Now with hundreds of our students upskilled and propelled into their professions.
